Shortly before Halloween Riot surprised us with some early-patchnotes and an old-known gamemode. But now the time has come and patch 13.21 is live!

It’s that time again! League of Legends Patch 13.21 is here and surprises us with many new changes and an old familiar gamemode.

Brand or Zyra will be driven into the Jungle, how that will probably look remains to be seen. In addition, a new skin collection of the “Café Cuties” series will appear in the course of the patch.

After the Early-Patchnotes the official release is here! On 10/25, patch 13.21 hit the live servers, bringing us the requested nerfs for Caitlyn and surprising changes for Seraphine.

Buffs

Bel’Veth

  • E Cooldown reduced from 24-18 to 20-16

Hecarim

  • AD increase from 3.2 to 3.7
  • W duration increased from 4 to 5 seconds

K’Sante

  • Q bonus HP cap reduced from 1800 to 1200
  • W maximum duration increased from 1 to 1.5 seconds
  • R plus bonus damage of passive increased from 35% to 46/60/75%
  • R plus Q/E reset is now without cooldown

LeBlanc

  • W AP ratio increased from 65% to 75%
  • Second E activation AP ratio increased from 70% to 80%

Master Yi

  • E Cooldown reduced from 18 to 14 seconds

Morgana (Jungle)

  • W Damage increased from 12-52 to 12-56
  • W Monster Damage increased from 165% to 170%

Tahm Kench

  • Passive damage increased from 8 to 60 (plus three percent bonus HP) to 6 to 48 (plus 5% bonus HP).
  • W Cooldown Refund increased from 40% to 40-50%

Varus

  • W On-Hit Damage increased from 7-27 to 7-31
  • E Slow increased from 25-45% to 30-50%

Nerfs

Aurelion Sol

  • Q Damage per second reduced from 15-55 plus 30-80 plus 60% AP to 45-105 plus 55% AP
  • Q Burst Damage reduced from 40-80  plus 20-30 to 60-100

Briar

  • Attack Speed increase decreased from 2.3% to 2%
  • W Missing-HP Damage decreased from 10% plus 4% bonus AD to 10% plus 3.5% bonus AD
  • Passive bleed healing increased from 100% to 125%

Caitlyn

  • Passive crit scaling increased from 81.25% to 85%.
  • R Cooldown scaling decreased from 90/75/60 to 90
  • R Damage reduced from 300-750 plus 200% bonus AD plus 35% at 100% crit chance to 300-700 plus 170% bonus AD plus 50% at 100% crit chance

Dr. Mundo

  • E Bonus AD reduced from 2-4% max HP to 2-3% max HP

Jinx

  • Passive stacks cap at 5 increases
  • Tower
     

     and Epic monster takedowns give no more than one increase

Rammus

  • Q Damage reduced from 100-200 to 80-200
  • W Resistances reduced from 35 plus 40-80% to 30 plus 35-75%

  • HP adjusted from 590 plus 102 to 570 plus 105
  • Basic armor value adjusted from 22 plus 4.7 to 27 plus 4.2
  • Level 1 attack speed increased from 0.625 to 0.681
  • Attackspeed increase from 1.36% to 2%
  • Passive damage to monsters increased from 120% to 250%
  • E Damage decreased from 70-170 to 65-165

Seraphine (Support)

  • Manag base value reduced from 440 plus 40 to 360 plus 50
  • Manaregeneration increased from 8 plus 1 to 11.5 plus 0.4
  • Armor increased from 19 to 26
  • Life increase decreased from 104 to 90
  • Q Cooldown decreased from 10-5 to 9-5 seconds
  • Q Damage increased from 55-115 plus 45-65% AP to 55-155 plus 50% AP
  • W Cooldown decreased from 28-20 seconds to 28-16 seconds
  • W Mana cost increased from 50-90 to 80-100
  • W Shield increased from 50-130 to 50-150
  • W Healing reduced from 5-7% plus 0.4% AP to 3-5%
  • E Mana cost reduced from 60-100 to 60-80
  • E Damage increased from 60-140 to 60-200

Zyra (Jungle)

  • Level 1 Attack Speed increased from 0.625 to 0.681
  • Passive Damage decreased from 20-100 plus 15% AP to 20-88 plus 18% AP
  • Q Damage increased from 60-200 plus 60% to 60-220 plus 65%.
  • E Damage adjusted from 60-240 plus 50% to 60-200 plus 60%

Items

Hullbreaker

  • Bonus Armor and Magic Resistance reduced from 10-75 to 10-60 for Melee and 5-37 to 5-30 for Ranged.

Runes

First Strike

  • Bonus True Damage reduced from 8% to 7%

Phase Rush

  • Melee bonus movement speed reduced from 30-60% to 25-50%

Nexus lightning returns!

The fan favorite is back. The mode has received some adjustments to the gameplay. Our beloved Jungle pets also get a comprehensive change in this mode. Jump into the fray and test it out for yourself!
