Soon you’ll be fighting your way through hordes of the undead and the dangerous Saviors. The action game is set to be released in September—a demo is already available to play.
Trailmark Games and AMC Global Media have announced the release date for The Walking Dead: Streets of Survival.
The single-player beat ’em up based on the AMC series will be released on September 18, 2026, on Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and Switch 2.
In the game, you’ll fight your way through armies of the undead and face off against the extremely dangerous Saviors gangs, among other challenges. You’ll need to adapt your tactics to new threats as they arise.
Dynamic Combat System and Boss Battles
At the same time, the game promises a direct and satisfying combat system that lets you, for example, unleash melee combos or perform ranged attacks to keep enemies at bay. “In the fast-paced brawls, you can seamlessly combine both styles at any time,” the description continues.
You’ll also take on bosses—including well-known Walkers like Winslow and the Well Walker. You’ll also face off against Negan, Simon, and the Saviors. These battles are designed to be a real challenge: “These intense, multi-stage boss encounters will put your skill, strategy, and killer instincts to the ultimate test.”
Progression, Demo, and Editions

You can already download a demo of the gameon Steam. Pre-orders are also available now. The Standard Edition is available for 19.99 euros, and the Deluxe Edition for 29.99 euros. The Deluxe Edition includes an Arcade Apocalypse Pack with bonus weapon skins, a premium skin for Rick, and the exclusive Endless Survival mode.
