The Division Resurgence was originally released as a mobile game, but now you can play it on PC too.
On March 31, The Division: Resurgence—the mobile spin-off of Ubisoft’s open-world shooter—was released. Until now, there had only been talk of a release for iOS and Android devices, whichpublisher has now surprisingly announcedthat Resurgence is now also available on PC.
Early Access on PC
To mark the start of Resurgence’s first season, Ubisoft is releasing a roadmap for the coming months. First on the list isthe Early Access release of the shooter on PC.

You can now download Resurgencefor free via theUbisoft Connect Launcher. If you play the shooter on your mobile device at the same time, Cross Progression ensures that your progress is preserved on both platforms. Crossplay is also available.
A full release of Resurgence is planned for the second season in August 2026. The progress you make in Early Access will simply be carried over.
Ubisoft has alsorecommended specificationsfor the system you’re playing on. With the recommended specs, you can play in FHD at 60 FPS on high graphics settings.

What’s in Season 1?
With the PC release, you’ll kick off the first season of Resurgence. The next phase begins on May 12 and brings events like Dark Zone, Speed Run challenges, and cosmetic sets, such as weapon skins.
In Classified Ops Pass 1.2 and 1.3, you’ll also unlock rewards, including exotic weapon skins and outfits for your Operator.
The season spans a total of four months and will be updated with new content every six weeks. However, the first story expansion for The Division: Resurgence won’t be available until the third season in winter 2026.
