After last month”s announcement that Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will no longer be released this year, Rocksteady Studios has now set a new release date. Actually, the anti-hero adventure was finally supposed to be released on May 26 this year.

Release already postponed several times

The timeline of previous release postponements is almost certainly longer than Rocksteady Studios and, more importantly, fans would have liked:
Originally, a release of the title around the adventures of Harley Quinn and Co. was planned for early 2022. Already at the beginning of 2022, in March, it was clear that a release would not take place before 2023.

New round, new luck… and so the date was set for 26 May this year. But after even this date was postponed to 2024, we now have a new date.

As of now, the release of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is supposed to take place on 02 February 2024.
Let”s hope it works out this time. Otherwise, one has to wonder if the completion of the title alone equates to a Suicide Squad.
