On the PS5 Pro, the action RPG offers four graphics options. Director Naoki Hamaguchi relies on Sony’s PSSR technology for the best performance.
On the PlayStation 5 Pro, you’ll apparently have a wide selection of graphics modes in Final Fantasy 7 Revelation. A total of four different options are available.

However, there aren’t really any significant differences between these two performance modes, and according to Game Informer, the situation is likely similar in Revelation.
If you’re playing on the PlayStation 5 Pro, the PSSR option is probably the best choice for you, so you don’t need to worry about the other options on that platform.
