Ubisoft is releasing a comprehensive remake of the classic platformer—including Rayman Origins—for consoles and PC in December.
Ubisoft has released a new overview trailer for Rayman Legends Retold, which showcases not only the classic game’s reimagined 3D graphics but also numerous new features and improvements.
The remake is being developed under the direction of Ubisoft Montpellier and Ubisoft Milan and, among other things, features upgraded graphics, a completely new story, and fully voiced cutscenes. You’ll join Rayman, Globox, Barbara, Grand Minimus, and Murphy on a new adventure to restore peace to the Glade of Dreams. A mysterious threat is plunging all the worlds into chaos.
Rayman Legends Retold is priced at 39.99 euros; this price gets you the Standard Edition. Pre-order customers will also receive the Hoodlum Havoc Pack, featuring two costumes for Rayman and Globox inspired by Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc.
