New FUT Heroes are supposed to appear in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team. According to leaks, World Cup winner Rudi Völler and ex-Bayern star Lucio are supposedly among them.
The FUT Heroes have celebrated their debut in FIFA 22. For the successor FIFA 23, according to several leaks, ten brand new cards of the special versions are already ready.
Several known FIFA leakers have started below the week to reveal first information about new cards of the category FUT Hero. These special cards generate a positive link with every card in their own league and are often quite game-changing. Among others, “FUTZone” listed ten possible cards on Friday.

According to the leak, the hero card of German striker Rudi Völler would be relevant for fans of the Bundesliga. The 1990 World Cup winner, who was DFB national coach from 2000 to 2004, played for German clubs such as Werder Bremen during his active career or Bayer Leverkusen at the end of his career.
The following ten FUT Hero cards are rumoured to be about to be released in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team:

Some of these cards listed by FUTZone were leaked a few days earlier. For example, “Fut Sheriff” announced on Wednesday that Brazilian Lucio will also be part of the FUT Heroes. The centre-back was one of the world’s best in his position between 2000 and 2010. Before winning the treble with Inter Milan, Lucio was also one of the strongest players for Bundesliga clubs Bayer Leverkusen and Bayern Munich.

According to leaker “FifaTradingRomania”, whose tweet was also shared by Fut Sheriff, Peter Crouch is also expected to move into the Hero line-up. The former England international was known for his heading prowess in the penalty area.

The same goes for Mexican football legend Rafael Márquez, who has been shown as a possible hero card by FifaTradingRomania. The former FC Barcelona defender is considered a folk hero in his home country.
There is no confirmation from EA Sports regarding the leaks. Accordingly, this information should be taken with a grain of salt until an official announcement is made.
