The wait is over, with patch 20.10 coming to the island including the Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla collaboration.

Chapter 3 Season 2 launched a month ago and now patch 20.10 brings a long-awaited crossover event to the island.

Assassin’s Creed, a shotgun & more

While patch 20.10 doesn’t bring any groundbreaking new features like the much-discussed no-build mode, there’s still plenty in store for fans.

After Ezio Auditore was already able to make the island unsafe as a skin at the beginning of March, Valhalla’s Eivor Varinsdottir will now also come into the game.

The patch also brings a new weapon into the game with a new shotgun:

For shotgun fans, the new weapon could definitely be worth considering. Weapon-wise, there is also the return of the Heavy Sniper Rifle. Although the damage has been reduced, the developers have improved the reload time in return.

The Fight at the Daily Bugle

The patch is also the start of a fresh clash between IO and the resistance. At the Daily Bugle, the battle of the factions is raging and you can get involved to secure loot for your side. However, Huntmaster Saber is also on the prowl and players should be careful not to be caught off guard.

Bugfixes

Of course, the patch also brings some bug fixes. For example, the performance problems on DirectX 12 are said to have been fixed. The vaults at Seven Outposts should also work now, as should the ziplines between the turbines on Windbreakers Island.

Besides the Battle Royale mode, some bugs in the Creative and “Save the World” mode have been fixed. You can find the full list on the (official page).
