An audio bug seems to be game-changing in CoD: Warzone. This is supposed to lead to players not getting any more kills.

Over a month ago, the transition to Warzone Pacific took place. Since then, new bugs in Caldera have been regularly reported by players:inside. Although Raven Software has provided countless hotfixes since the update was released, they have been criticised for their relaxed approach.

Audio visual cues are an important part of any First Person Shooter (FPS). Whether in competitive gameplay or merely as a casual player:in: hearing enemies before they are in your field of view is of crucial advantage. Apparently there is a bug in Warzone where the game audio stops working after a kill.

It was reported on Reddit that after a kill, no audio signals could be heard for the rest of the game. Other players experienced a similar bug, but could still hear some sound, which seemed muffled and suppressed. Apparently there is a somewhat unorthodox solution to this. Players should simply blind themselves in Warzone – this would restore the full audio signal.

Since the release of the Pacific update, there have been countless bugs in Warzone that just ruin the lobby for some players:inside. The bugs were either very minimal or, as in this case, game-changing. Although Raven Software has tried to increase transparency and productivity in terms of bug fixes, it is apparent that Caldera is still struggling with issues.
