Blizzard has finally confirmed the date for the next Campfire Chat. In it, they want to talk about the upcoming season of Diablo IV and its features.

Even though the Blizzard community is generally enthusiastic about Diablo IV, the fantasy RPG still has one major weakness: itemization. We recently explained what this is all about. Blizzard had already announced in advance that they wanted to tackle this flaw with the upcoming fourth season, but there had been no details about its launch until now.

These will finally follow on March 20 at 7pm as part of the new Campfire Chat on Twitch and YouTube . Community Director Adam Fletcher, Associate Game Designer Charles Dunnn, Lead Live Class Designer Adam Jackson and Associate Game Director Joe Piepiora will talk about the upcoming new features and give a first look into the upcoming season of Diablo IV.

In addition, the four want to talk about the also announced Public Test Realm of Diablo IV, which will only be available to BattleNet users on PC. This will go live before the actual start of the season, giving the development team the opportunity to respond to community feedback before the season goes live.

Following the official announcement, there will be a Q&A segment where viewers can ask the team direct questions.

The first content drop, called

Warrior’s Path, will be released on March 20 

This free update will bring players a speedrun mode, a permadeath mode and four new outfits for the main character Sargon. These new challenges and customization options should make the game even more exciting for experienced players and increase replayability.

New content and challenges

In the next updates, called Boss Attack and Divine Trials, players can look forward to even more content. These updates will feature a boss marathon challenge, additional outfits for Sargon and a variety of new combat, platforming and puzzle challenges. In addition, new amulets and other surprises will be introduced to deepen and expand the gameplay experience. Ubisoft promises that these updates will continuously improve and expand the Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown experience
