The action role-playing game has made a good start in early access. However, fans are currently criticizing the balancing of a class.
It is running on Steam for Path of Exile 2. According to SteamDB, around 350,000 players are currently engaging in the battle for Wraeclast every day. And the action role-playing game is also going down well with you.
In our latest survey, we wanted to know how you like Path of Exile 2. And the result is clear. Almost 4,500 users rate the game as “very good” or “good” – a rate of 80 percent.
However, fans have recently been expressing increasing criticism in relevant forums. And that has to do with the balancing of a class.
“The armor is useless”
Warrior has no defenses

Many players feel that the Warrior is too weak, especially in terms of armor values. For example, user Vast-Application5848 writes in the pathofexile subreddit that the class has no defense options:
The armor is useless, especially against one-shots (which is the vast majority of deaths). You don’t get more health, you just waste all your points stacking strength. If you’re lucky, you’ll get 5.5K health and have no points left for offense. […]
Other users on the forum agree, but at the same time recognize a fundamental disadvantage of melee fighters in PoE 2. For example, Mosaic78:
Melee is worse than in PoE1, and it’s not even close.

I gave up with the Warrior. Now I play a Witch. The game changed from a difficult to an absolutely easy mode. I just rushed through all 6 acts.
A similar change was reported by user VanGuard in the Steam forum Playing as the Warrior was “extremely painful,” he said. He is currently playing as a Sorceress, with whom the boss fights, for example, are no longer a problem.
A discussion also develops under this post about the Warrior being too weak. At least weaker than other classes. For example, our test showed that the Ice Sorceress is particularly powerful.
However, Path of Exile 2 has only been in early access for a few weeks. The game is far from finished and the developers at Grinding Gear Games have already released a few patches with adjustments in the recent past. It remains to be seen whether the balancing of the Warriors will be tackled in the foreseeable future.
