Apparently, WoW fans are in the mood for cozy days indoors while it’s windy and pouring outside. Blizzard is planning a fitting change to the Forever beta.
It’s getting cool and autumnal outside, and that seems to be putting many gamers in the right mood to bundle up and listen to the rain—not just in real life, but in virtual worlds as well.
World of Warcraft: Forever is set to receive a beta update soon that will make “bad” weather occur more frequently. Players are already excited about this, thanks in part to an incredibly cozy teaser from Blizzard.

At the same time, many are hoping for additional weather effects such as snowfall, sandstorms, ash rain, thunderstorms, and perhaps even magical phenomena. There’s no release date for the weather update yet, but it shouldn’t be too much longer.
The WoW Forever beta runs through October 21, 2026. The full release is scheduled for November 4.
