Starting July 31, 2025, the famous board game Frosthaven will also be available at Steam and Epic. It’s in Early Access for now, so new features will be added gradually, but you can already try out the basic gameplay with tactics and role-playing. About a third of all planned content should be included at launch.
With one of six characters (plus two unlockable characters), you explore a frosty and dangerous dark fantasy setting and engage in tactical combat. Anyone familiar with Gloomhaven already knows how it works, as both games are based on the same system.

There’s also a building aspect, as you gradually construct an outpost that unlocks new mechanics, such as better buildings.
