The German development studio Keen Games sent Enshrouded into Early Access last week. As they announced last afternoon, the title seems to be enjoying great popularity

The action-survival RPG Enschrouded has been in Steam Early Access for four days now and invites those interested to explore the secrets of an opaque fog. The gaming community seems to be interested in this concept. Since then, a whopping one million players have taken on the foggy challenge. And then there are the positive reviews. An impressive 84% of over 14,000 players recommend the title from Keen Games.

With its action-survival elements in a fantasy setting, Enshrouded is reminiscent of titles such as Valheim. At the start of your journey through the fog, all you really have is the weapon in your hand and an irrepressible curiosity to explore more of the fog

By collecting resources on forays through the ruins of a fallen empire, you will soon be able to build your own base. Here you can craft additional items, such as useful equipment, armor and weapons, to counter the dangers of the Shroud

You don’t have to face the monsters in the various biomes of Enshrouded alone, however. On the one hand, you have the opportunity to brave the dangers of the Shroud with up to 16 players in co-op. On the other hand, useful NPCs, such as the blacksmith, will gradually join your base and support you with their skills.

If you are interested in Enshrouded, you can get the game now on Steam for free. There is currently a 10% discount on the title.
