Crimson Desert Update 1.11.00 – All Patch Notes at a Glance

The latest patch for Crimson Desert has been available since June 12. You can find an overview of all the changes here.

Highlights include changes to pets—you can now adopt up to 100 of them—as well as changes to purchasing rare items.

Content

  • Equipment that was previously only available in limited quantities can now also be purchased in the store.

    • If rare equipment items are lost from treasure chests or quests, they can be repurchased in the shops.
    • The items are sold for a higher price than their original value.
    • Lost items will be offered for sale in the shops again no later than 7 days (in-game time) after they are lost.

  • The pinball minigame has been improved and its difficulty level reduced.

    • The ball now feels slightly heavier.
    • An issue where the ball passed through walls has been fixed.
    • Some fixed pins have been removed and the position of the pins has been adjusted.
    • Fixed an issue where the ball frequently got stuck in the left section of the second level.
    • The exit speed and launch angle of the ball from the transit gate have been adjusted.
    • Fixed an issue where the ball occasionally slipped downward when bouncing off the launch ramp.

  • Fixed an issue where the Companion Amulet could not be used under certain circumstances.
  • Pets now retain their names even after they have grown.
  • Fixed an issue where the Wyvern was summoned in a non-rideable state.
  • The items “Cuckoo Egg” and “Wyvern Egg” can no longer be stacked.
  • Fixed an issue where mounts could be summoned in dangerous areas.
  • Detection of rule violations in the Duel minigame has been partially improved.

Controls

  • [Controller] You can now customize the buttons for opening the inventory, map, skills, adventure log, and photo mode.
  • An issue where dismounting a Wyvern in mid-air would automatically remount it has been addressed.
  • An issue where certain items could not be controlled in “Living Mode” after being removed has been fixed.

Combat / Action

  • [Damiane/Oongka] Fixed an issue where the Spirit regeneration rate did not increase even when the level of the “Focus” skill was raised.
  • You can now use the Power of the Axiom to mount a Wyvern in mid-air, even without having learned the “Clamp” skill.
  • The attack patterns of Golem monsters have been adjusted.
  • While a Special Arrow is equipped, an additional effect is now applied when using “Explosive Evasion Shot” and “Will of the Wind.”

UI

  • The images for some animals, knowledge entries, and help pages have been improved.
  • An issue where animal names at the livestock dealer were displayed as ? has been fixed.
  • An issue where the UI for experience gained was not displayed after feeding pets has been fixed.

Localization

  • Localization errors in all languages have been fixed, and the overall quality of localization has been improved.

Miscellaneous


  • [Oongka] Fixed an issue where using “Scatter Shot” while hanging on a wall did not consume a bullet.
  • Fixed an issue where the additional sustain effect was not applied when using the Drill while hanging.
  • Fixed an issue where depth of field could not be disabled in Photo Mode.
  • Fixed an issue where Blackstar and Wyvern would run into water under certain circumstances.
  • Fixed an issue where the Wyvern’s attack on the ground consumed too much stamina.
  • “Flower Basket” has been added to Hernand’s General Store, and “Ranged Weapons of the World – Bows, Volume I” has been added to Hernand’s Equipment Store.
  • Fixed an issue where feeding consumed two pieces of food at a time on the “Hard” difficulty level.
  • Upon completing the quest “Repairing the Kiln in the Kilnden Workshop,” the “Irkyn” knowledge is now guaranteed to be acquired.
