War of the agents on the island
The new season of Fortnite is all about secret agents. Two hostile factions have taken control of the island and now fight in the Battle Royale.
Buyers of the new Battle Pass will even have the opportunity to join the Ghost or Shadow factions. Players will also be able to unlock special missions in which they can infiltrate buildings, take out guards and eliminate villains in the best agent manner. As a reward, the successful agents will be rewarded with particularly powerful weapons.
Depending on the outcome of the duel between the factions, there will be permanent changes in the appearance of the island.
But the references to spy films go even further. Defeated, but not yet eliminated enemies can now be “questioned”. After a successful interrogation, the team members of the unlucky man are revealed and marked with red markers.

Of course, a Fortnite patch must also include new locations, weapons and skins for the players. One of the highlights is certainly the underground helipad on the east coast of the island. There are no helicopters in the game itself, but what is not yet, can still be.
Other places have also been revised. Among other things, an entire complex of buildings has been created in the center of the map, while an oil rig now awaits players in the southwest of the island. Other new locations are the yacht and the house at Shark Rock in the northwest.
Besides the already mentioned changes, there are a lot of other changes on the map. So it’s worthwhile to explore the map carefully and discover one or the other secret passage.
New deadpool skin
The second highlight of the season for many fans is certainly the collaboration with Marvel, who now sends Deadpool to the island.

How exactly the players will get the new skin is still unclear. However, with Season 2, deadpool challenges have been introduced and most likely the superhero outfit will be the reward at the end of the various challenges.
