New info on Cyberpunk 2077 coming soon! CD Projekt Red has announced a new edition of the in-house Night City Wire livestream and wants to reveal what”s next for the role-playing game. So we might finally get some concrete information about the story DLCs and new addons, or at least what to expect with update 1.6.

But at the same time, it should also be about Cyberpunk: Edgerunners the anime from Studio Trigger, which hits Netflix on 13 September 2022. We reveal when the latest Night City Wire launches and how to follow the action live.

What you can expect

What exactly will be presented in the course of the livestream, CD Projekt Red does not reveal at the moment. However, at least two rough topics will be touched upon. We will only find out what exactly will be revealed on 6 September at 5 pm.

New info about Cyberpunk: Edgerunners

The official anime for the role-playing game will launch on Netflix on 13 September 2022. Shortly before the release, CD Projekt Red will probably be doing a lot of promotion during the in-house livestream. What exactly awaits you with Edgerunners, we have summarised for you in our big (Overview)!

By the way, a brand new trailer for Cyberpunk: Edgerunners was recently released, which is not exactly stingy with blood and naked facts. Maybe just take a look for yourself to get a concrete idea of the Netflix series:

The Future of Cyberpunk 2077

Since the release of patch 1.5 earlier this year, it has been a little quiet around the role-playing game. CD Projekt Red only let it be known that the story DLC for Cyberpunk 2077 will not be released until 2023. It is quite likely that there will finally be new information about it during the livestream.

CD Projekt Red could also launch Update 1.6 for Cyberpunk 2077. At the moment, however, we can only speculate on exactly what improvements a new patch will bring. But we definitely expect a transmog system! After all, there have already been very clear indications of this, and since then we only consider an official announcement to be a question at the moment.

Of course we”ll stay on the ball for you and let you know as soon as possible what new information CD Projekt Red shares about the future of Cyberpunk 2077. You can find out how the role-playing game has been playing since the release of the last update in our big Cyberpunk 2077 test update.

What are your hopes and expectations for the future of Cyberpunk 2077: What do you think new patches, updates and DLCs should deliver? Have you also been wishing for a transmog system for quite some time? Let us know in the comments!
