Call of Duty: Cold War and Warzone will soon get weapons that will attract a lot of attention thanks to their visual look.
In the near future, you will be able to unlock three particularly interesting Mastercraft weapons in Call of Duty: Warzone and Black Ops: Cold War. The Twitter channel ModernWarzone, which specialises in leaks, has now found them and published a few screenshots. Instead of a realistic look, however, the bundle focuses on bright colours and retro looks inspired by classic consoles.

A video has also appeared on YouTube that shows the weapons in action. This not only gives you a better view of the skins, but also allows you to see their unusual animations.
What is behind the Mastercraft weapons?
The three opinion boosters are purely cosmetic and will come into the game together with three different bundles. The developer already confirmed the existence of corresponding skins at the release of Season 1. What is new is that we now know the design of the weapons.
- Rocket Science (AK-47): The design is based on a Russian ICBM.
- Mint Condition (AK-47u): Resembles a water spray gun a little.
- Retro Renegade (KSP-45): The KSP 45 has a disco style from the 80s and comes with a built-in cassette player.
The price: Although the publisher Activision Blizzard has not yet announced a price, according to the ModernWarzone website each one costs 2,400 CP, which is equivalent to about 20 euros. You can also earn the in-game currency over time in the Battle Pass – but it might take a while to collect the sum for the Mastercraft skins.
Since these weapons use unusual designs, they could also fuel the discussions about the game’s art style. Weird effects have already led to discussions in the community in the past about whether the shooter is “moving too far away from its roots”. In the comments under ModernWarzone’s Twitter post, however, the majority of fans are still quite taken with the look, at least for the time being.
What else did Season 1 bring?
The first season of Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War started with some delay on 16 December 2020 and brought a whole load of new content for the multiplayer shooter. There are new operators, weapons and also multiplayer modes.
