The Battle Pass of Season 1
As usual, the Battle Pass contains 100 ranks that you can unlock bit by bit. To do so, you simply have to play matches – as usual. It doesn’t matter if you prefer to play Battle Royale or the classic multiplayer mode.
The special thing is that the pass progress is shared between Warzone, Cold War and even Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Note, however, that the Battle Pass does not unlock any new content for Modern Warfare.

Buy Battle Pass
As we already know from the previous Seasons, there are three ways to play the Battle Pass of Call of Duty: Warzone and Cold War. We will briefly introduce them to you:
Free Pass: You will automatically receive this version when you start the game. You can unlock the two new weapons at no extra cost, but many other rewards are locked.
Paid pass: This costs 1,000 CP, which is the equivalent of about ten euros. In return, you can unlock the rewards of the 100 ranks. In addition, you can earn up to 1,300 CP, which is more than you invested before. By the way, you won’t lose any of the rewards if you buy the Battle Pass later. All lost rewards will be unlocked immediately.
Battle Pass Bundle: If you want to unlock the rewards as quickly as possible, you can make it easier for yourself with the bundle. For 2,400 CP, the equivalent of about 24 euros, you get the pass and automatically and immediately unlock the first 20 ranks. In addition, you can skip one rank at a time for 150 CP, just under two euros.
The contents of the Battle Pass
New weapons
On board the new season of CoD: Cold War and Warzone are two new firearms. You can already get access to them via the free pass.
- Mac-10: A submachine gun with the highest fire rate of any MP to date. However, the vertical recoil is very strong. Unlocked at level 15.
- Groza: An assault rifle whose rate of fire and muzzle velocity are among the top values in the weapon category. Also offers a high aiming rate. Unlocked at level 31.
New operator
- Stitch: CIA agent Adler once gave him the eye in an interrogation, now Vikhor “Stitch” Kuzmin is looking for revenge. The soldier is part of the Warsaw Pact and is unlocked at rank 0, which is the start of the paid Battle Pass.
- At rank 100 of the Battle Pass, you unlock a legendary skin for Stitch, as well as missions to get two more skins.
Other rewards
Of course, there are many other rewards included in the Battle Pass. Among other things, 300 CoD points are included in the free variant. This is the real money currency of Call of Duty.
Other highlights of the Battle Pass are:
- Seasonal XP booster: buyers of the Battle Pass receive 10 percent more experience points throughout the season.
- Weapon blueprints, four of which are in the free pass, with the remaining 16 in the paid version.
