When does the beta for Call of Duty Vanguard start? We have all the info we know so far on the launch and the new “Champion Hill” Gunfight Mode.

CoD Vanguard has now been officially unveiled – and with its first gameplay it gives hope to Modern Warfare fans in particular! But now the question naturally arises: When can players try out the shooter for themselves?

The insider portal ModernWarzone, known as a reliable source, has now come across the possible launch dates for release, alpha and beta.

As always, you should take this information with a healthy dose of caution until there is an official confirmation – but that probably won’t be long in coming.

Alpha

When is the alpha for CoD Vanguard supposed to start?

At some point soon, Vanguard is supposed to launch into a PlayStation-exclusive alpha. This of course means that PC players and co. won’t get access to it. According to ModernWarzone, this play-on phase could run from 27 to 29 August 2021

What’s the deal with the new Champion Hill Mode?

According to ModernWarzone, a new mode called Champion Hill will be playable in the Alpha. According to the rumours, eight teams of three will compete against each other according to the classic Battle Royale principle. In addition, this mode is to replace the previous Gunfight Mode.

Beta

When is the open beta for CoD Vanguard scheduled to start?

According to ModernWarzone, the beta, which PlayStation owners will also be able to access first, will begin on 10-12 September 2021.

This will allegedly be followed by an open beta for all platforms – including PC and Xbox. According to the as yet unconfirmed information, this will take place from 16 to 20 September 2021.

Final Release

When will CoD Vanguard be released

Release date of Call of Duty Vanguard is November 5, 2021, simultaneously on all platforms – i.e. PS5, PC, PS4, Xbox Series X and S, and Xbox One. The PC version will be released via Battle.net, as we are used to from Warzone, Cold War and MW.

The portal ModernWarzone also reports that the first season will start on 23 November 2021, but this has not been officially confirmed. Here you can see the very first scenes from Vanguard:

When does Vanguard arrive in Warzone?

Of course Vanguard, like its predecessors, will be integrated into CoD Warzone at release on November 5. New weapons, operators and even a whole new map have already been confirmed.

And there is also a solution in sight for cheats, certainly the biggest problem of Warzone in 2021! All in all, Vanguard could be the best news for Warzone players since release.
