An actor talks about CoD 2024, in which he is to play a leading role. If all is true, he confirms earlier leaks
Not even the new Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 has been officially unveiled yet, but the first leaks about CoD 2024 are already trickling out. It”s not the first time insiders have wanted to know more about the upcoming CoD.
But the latest leak comes directly from an actor who is said to be working on the next CoD but one. On Instagram, Luke Charles Stafford posted various photos with motion capture equipment and some exciting statements.

Whether the actor was allowed to share all the following may be doubted. The Instagram post in question has since been taken offline again. However, the pictures continue to haunt the web:

Stafford released pictures believed to have been taken in the Hollywood district of Los Angeles. They show him with equipment that clearly looks like motion capture. To this, the actor wrote:
“Activision decided to adapt the next main character “Ratcliffe” for CALL OF DUTY after my face and I am thrilled”
The name Ratcliffe matches that of Peter Ratcliffe, a real-life British Gulf War veteran who wrote a book about his deployment. This is likely to confirm a Gulf War scenario that has been mentioned in previous leaks. Activision is known for making many references to reality in Call of Duty.
Further, CoD 2024 is probably a new Black Ops, as has already been claimed by insiders. This is now also suggested by another statement from Stafford:
“To all my college roommates at Anderson University who played Black Ops 2 with me for years in Smith Hall … Next year we can beat the snot out of each other again, but I want to play as me”
There we have all the important buzzwords. Still important: Since this isn”t official info, please consider it with a dose of caution.
The fourth season of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is currently running. Among other things, it brought a new map for the Battle Royales, which is set in the (fictional) Dutch town of Vondel. The second multiplayer map followed in the Reloaded update, which again represents a part of Vondel. In the trailer above you can see the location of the action.
