Capcom Next: Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster & Resident Evil 9 confirmed

In yesterday’s summer showcase, Capcom revealed some big titles. In addition to the Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, they also talked about Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess and Resident Evil

At the beginning of Capcom Next, the focus was on Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess, for which a free demo is now available for PC (via Steam), PlayStation and Xbox. The game will be released in two weeks, on July 19. With the announcement of the demo, a collaboration with the classic Okami has been announced. Players will receive exclusive collaboration weapons, costumes and a special soundtrack. Free updates will also be available once certain in-game objectives have been reached.

Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster on the Capcom Next

During the showcase, the Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster was also announced and we got to see some gameplay footage. Game improvements include the ability to move while aiming, an autosave function, an improved user interface and improved NPC behavior.

Resident Evil 9 on the rise

Last but not least, Capcom naturally also talked about the release of Resident Evil 7 on the iPhone 15 Pro&nbsp. At the same time, it was also confirmed that the ninth installment of the series is in the works. Koshi Nakanishi, the game director of Resident Evil 7, said the following during the stream:
