A new secret room has been discovered on Ashika Island. We’ll tell you how to get inside and what’s waiting for you there.

With Season 2, the Warzone 2 community not only received the Resurgence mode, but also the new map Ashika Island. After initial explorations by the community, the Asian-themed map is revealing more and more of its secrets. After the access to the underwater bunker was already found, players have now discovered another hidden area, this time in the power plant.

Hidden Room

As High Moon Studios announced via Twitter, a new secret room has been added to Ashika Island. In the announcement, the developers revealed through a play on words where players should look for the room and how it can be opened.

The hidden room is located in the power plant of Ashika Island and, unlike the underwater bunker below Tsuki Castle, must first be opened through a sequence of specific actions to access the precious loot

  1. Go to the Ashika Island power plant northwest of Tsuki Castle
  2. Run into the tunnel and activate four different switches to restore power to the building
  3. Follow the green light to the secret room after the power has been activated and collect your loot

It is important to activate the switches in the correct order. Fortunately, if you enter the tunnel via the main room of the power plant (see video) and flip the switches one after the other, you will already have the correct arrangement.

As befits a proper secret room, this one is also crammed with loot. The three orange boxes promise top-notch weapons and tons of money. Of course, launch series and equipment like gas masks can also be found, equipping you almost completely for the upcoming match.

If you plan to loot the room, however, you should do so at the start of a round, as you certainly won’t be the only ones who have uncovered the secret in the meantime and are after the excellent loot.
