Epic Games brings the soccer star Neymar into the game. In addition to a new Battle Pass, skins, emotes, and back bling, there will also be a Neymar Cup with special prizes.

Have you always wanted to be a world-class soccer star? At least in Fortnite, that option is now coming soon. Starting Tuesday, fans will be able to level up in the new Battle Pass turf-inspired challenges and unlock rewards centered around Brazilian star kicker Neymar.

Four different skins are available for the megastar. The first look is Neymar himself, dressed normally in his soccer outfit. In the second skin, the footballer wears armor in the Brazilian national colors, reminiscent of a jaguar. This skin is the “Primal” form and can be unlocked by completing several quests. In addition, the two outfits are available once again in a black variant.

How to unlock Neymar

As always, you can look up and complete the quests in the Battle Pass. These are the tasks you will face:

  • Talk to a soccer player on the island.
Reward: Football toy emote and a Neymar banner
  • Complete three quests from soccer players on the island.
    Reward: Neymar Matador loading screen
  • Complete five quests from soccer players on the island.
    Reward: Neymar Skin
  • Shoot as Neymar soccer ball by drop kick 500 meters.
    Reward: Joia Trophy Back Accessory
  • Score a goal with the soccer ball as Neymar.
    Reward: Jaguar Strike Pickaxe
  • Eliminate three enemies as Neymar.
    Reward: Primal skin, Shhh emote

Neymar Cup with special prizes

In addition to the Battle Pass rewards, you can also participate in a Neymar Cup on April 28. The regional winners of the tournament will each receive a special soccer boot, specially designed by PUMA in cooperation with Neymar.

To participate, you need at least account level 30 and would need to have two-factor authentication enabled. Each player can play up to ten matches in a period of three hours and collect points. You can find the exact times for each region in the competition tab in Fortnite.
