Neymar, Batman, a changeable arc, and modding freedom in Creative Mode: the new Fortnite patch could bring some big changes.

After weeks of waiting, the new Fortnite update brings Neymar into the game this Tuesday. Also, a new exotic arc is waiting to be tested. Downtime for the update has already begun. Once the v16.30 patch is finally available, players can look forward to the following new features.

Neymar is finally playable

The biggest feature is, of course, the feature with Brazilian soccer star Neymar Jr. and the new skins that come with it. In addition, a special Neymar Cup will be held with special prizes. You can read more information in our article about the collaboration with Neymar.

New exotic bow changes with every shot

Besides the main attraction, however, the update brings other changes. So of course there are the usual bug fixes, limited time modes, skins, locker bundles and more. In addition, another superhero makes his way into the Fortnite universe. Batman gets a new glider in his look. In addition, it was reported by leaker HYPEX that the Batcave will probably be located below the Flush Factory.

Probably the most interesting novelty in the arsenal of weapons is an exotic device called Unstable Bow. This can be purchased from the NPC Rebirth Raven, who is located in a house near Sweaty Sands, for 500 gold. The weapon then randomly transforms into a different bow with each shot, or shoots its type of arrow. The Unstable Bow can shoot the arrows of the Fire Bow, Shockwave Bow, Grenade Bow, and Stink Bow.

Creative mode modding coming soon?

Fortnite leaker iFireMonkey also reports that a new Fortnite URL has been discovered, named “Creative Mayhem”. What is behind the page is still unknown so far. Some fans hope that Epic Games will enable a modding option in Creative Mode in the future.

Fortnite patch v16.20 brings deadly bows and fast cars to the game

Off to the races with two deadly new bows, Epic Games rolled out a new update for Fortnite to its servers on Tuesday. In addition to the new shooting devices, patch v16.20 also brings the first long-awaited mod for vehicles to the game.

Off-road tires available for vehicles

Pimp your ride and feel like Xzibit – because from now on you can change the tires of vehicles. The first mod has already been posted by Fortnite leaker HYPEX: Off-Road Tires. While the description doesn’t provide any hints about the functionality yet, presumably the tires provide a better grip and thus offer better handling of vehicles on uneven tracks.

Easy Kill? Bow causes heavy damage

New weapons are a must in a patch: The two new bows Grappler and Splinter are really something. The Grappler Bow comes with a grappling hook. Possibly players can use it to pull their opponents similar to Sub Zero. The Splinter Bow, on the other hand, deals 100 points of damage to players. With this, you can eliminate an opponent with full health and a full shield with just two hits.

New skins available

With a new patch, new skins come into the game, of course. For example, Oscar winner and Captain Marvel actress Brie Larson will receive a new Locker Bundle. According to HYPEX, a skin for Aloy from the game Horizon Zero Dawn is also coming soon.

A joyride with 50 people in Fortnite.

If you don’t want to fight in Battle Royale but want to relax in Creative Mode, you can now take a joyride with a selection of new vehicles. The mode is available for 50 users at a time. Epic Games is focusing on fast cars and thus provides more vehicles and a new race checkpoint device. Players can use it to create race tracks or obstacle courses.
