The launch of Season 1 didn’t just improve Call of Duty: Warzone. It also brought back annoying bugs that have actually been fixed before.

Call of Duty: Warzone sometimes suffers from bugs that some exploiters can use to their own advantage. They are usually fixed relatively soon, but sometimes they find their way back into the game in a roundabout way.

In the past, this was the case with helicopters, which could fly under the map due to a bug. The mid-season update of Season 1 now brought back another bug in the form of the Stim Glitch.

This is what is behind the Stim Glitch

In recent days, numerous Reddit players have reported that the infamous “Infinite Stim Glitch” is back in its old strength. This hurts the game’s balancing, as exploiters can use it to gain an unfair advantage.

What does the glitch do? In Warzone, there are stims that instantly regenerate your health and also your stamina. They have a 30 second cooldown, or 15 seconds if you use the Restock perk. However, some players have found a bug that allows them to use these stims over and over again.

What is the effect of this? The map of Warzone becomes more and more restricted by a gas. However, if you stay in it, you won’t die immediately, but only lose more and more lives. However, if one of the cheaters uses the stim glitch, he can heal himself infinitely and thus stay in the gas forever. The following video from Reddit shows what this looks like.

What can honest players do?

If you don’t use the exploit, you still have the chance to run into the dangerous gas yourself, search for the exploiters and finish them off.

However, because you will steadily lose life yourself in the process, the time to do so is limited. In addition, the loss of health points puts you at a disadvantage in combat once you find the cheater.

What did Season 1 change?

The bug itself seems to have unintentionally found its way back into the game along with the launch of Season 1. However, the patch changed much more about the game. We will explain everything you need to know about the new content in a separate article:

A few days ago, a smaller update was also released, which made some changes to Warzone’s game modes.
