In VALORANT Episode 7 Act I a new currency will be introduced. This rewards loyal players with free items.

The VALORANT Episode 7 Act I is in the starting blocks. The new season on 27 June will also see a number of new additions to the game. Above all, the rewards for regular play have been revised.

“Kingdom Credits” for Free Loot

In a video on Twitter, Lead Producer for Premium Content, Preeti Khanolkar, explains how the shop system in VALORANT will soon look like.

Brand new are the “Kingdom Credits” – a currency that will be available in addition to the experience points for the daily reward mission.

These have several uses. However, there is a limit to collecting the credits, so they should be spent regularly.

Shop for old Battlepass items
If VALORANT players have missed out on a Battlepass or items for special events, they will soon have the opportunity to obtain them after all.

In the new accessory shop, four past items will be offered weekly in exchange for Kingdom Credits.

However, only player cards, sprays, buddies and titles and no weapon skins will be included in the rotation.

Agent contracts will be cancelled

Agent contracts have also been revised. This is to ensure that no player forgets to activate them anymore.

When a new agent appears, his unlock pass is automatically activated until the next release. Older agents can then still be unlocked with Kingdom Credits. The video shows that the amount is 8,000 KC.

The agent accessories, which could originally be unlocked by levelling up the contracts, can also be bought with Kingdom Credits from Episode 7 onwards.

Episode 7 will also introduce the new “Team Deathmatch” mode. There will also be new maps especially for this mode.
