New classes and more raids: Lost Ark shows its roadmap for June and July. But fans are still waiting in vain for a particularly popular class.

The MMO hit Lost Ark has today presented its brand new roadmap for June and July, in which once again heaps of new content have been announced. Soon you can expect the next big raid boss as well as a new mage class. However, those who were hoping for the popular summoner will probably have to wait quite a while longer.

Roadmap promises a new class every two months

The most exciting announcement of the (new roadmap) might be that Amazon Games now wants to release a new class every two months. After we already got the Lancer and the Destroyer, the Arcanist is to follow in July.

This mage, who was also known as Arcana in Korea, relies entirely on magic cards. Not only does she slice her enemies with thrown cards, but she can also cast powerful team effects with them.

Especially exciting: With her special ability Card Deck, she can spin a roulette wheel and draw a random card from her deck, which then has particularly devastating consequences for her enemies.

In the following gameplay video you can get an idea of what this looks like in action:

Even though the arcanist looks pretty exciting, many fans of the summoner are likely to be disappointed now:

But a 2022 release has now become quite unlikely. As of now, Warrior and Martial Artist have received a new advanced class, followed by Sorceress in July – so we suspect that in September and November, the Gunner and Assassin will be expanded. With the Scouter and Reaper, the upcoming classes should already be fixed here.

What else is happening in Lost Ark?

In addition to the new classes, there are of course many other innovations. Among other things, the second Legion Raid follows with Vykas, in which you have to take on the commander of the Habuche Legion.

In order to be allowed to take on the demoness, you not only need seven teammates, but also at least item level 1430 for normal mode or 1460 for hard mode.

Other things to look forward to:

  • There will be a free Punika power pass this summer.
  • A new express event is being worked on.

The following will happen in June:

  • A new Guardian Raid for item level 1460 lets you take on the Frost Beast Kungelanium.
  • A new solo tower with 50 floors called Throne Spire.
  • New cosmetic sets in the real money shop.

And in July:

  • The Legion raid Valtan gets the difficulty level Hellish.
  • An event where Abyss Dungeons drop larger rewards.

Are you still waiting for the Summoner or have you discovered an even better class for you after the beta? Let us know in the comments
