The last week of October 2026 is shaping up to be another jam-packed one on Steam.

The highlight of the week: Phantom Blade Zero
Genre: Action RPG – Developer: S-Game – Release: October 29, 2026 (Steam)
Soul, the swordsman, has only 66 days left to live. Accused of murdering his master, his heart is deeply wounded, and he is now being hunted. In Phantom Blade Zero, you must uncover who is behind the conspiracy.
The combat combines Chinese martial arts with rapid weapon switches, parries, and counters. With more than 30 main weapons and over 20 additional Phantom Edges, you’ll have plenty of ways to take down your enemies. The key is to seamlessly link perfect dodging, parrying, and attacking.
The world is just as cool as the combat: Traditional Chinese aesthetics meet mechanical prosthetics, dilapidated industrial sites, and dark fantasy. Developer S-Game calls this mix “Kungfupunk.” Between duels, you’ll explore the game world, discover hidden paths, and complete countless side quests to earn more upgrade materials.

- Reka (Version 1.0 Release): As Baba Yaga’s apprentice, you’ll explore autumnal forests, help villagers, and expand your walking hut. With Version 1.0, this cozy adventure reaches its final chapter.
- Stygian: Outer Gods (Version 1.0): Things get significantly more unsettling in foggy Kingsport. While searching for your missing father, you find yourself caught in a Lovecraftian nightmare with scarce resources, role-playing elements, and your sanity on the line. The full version adds, among other things, a new chapter, additional puzzles, weapons, and another boss battle.
- Pao Pao (Early Access): In a small coastal town, you run a restaurant, cook, and serve guests. You can grow some of your own ingredients or catch them while fishing. You’ll also decorate your home and explore the surrounding area. You can play alone or with up to three friends in co-op.
Tuesday, October 27
- Nomad Drive (Early Access): Your home in the post-apocalypse is a pretty run-down RV. You repair and upgrade the vehicle, gather supplies, and drive through a procedurally generated world. Up to four players can travel together.
- Northgard Battlegrounds (Early Access): This spin-off transforms the Viking-themed building game into a city-building auto-battler. You place buildings, develop your economy, and assemble a powerful clan. How you arrange your village and which divine blessings you combine will influence the subsequent automatic battles against other players’ troops.
- Virtue and a Sledgehammer: You return to your hometown and tear it down with a sledgehammer. There, you encounter androids imbued with the digitized personalities of your former neighbors. As buildings and robots shatter, memories of childhood, family, and the feeling of no longer belonging in your hometown come flooding back.
- Remothered: Red Nun’s Legacy: The third chapter of this horror series sends you, as Susan, on a quest to find her missing daughter. In Sicily, you’ll explore eerie buildings, solve puzzles, and hide from relentless pursuers. New abilities allow you, among other things, to read memories and uncover hidden paths.
- Lacey’s Flash Games: What began as a viral web horror series is now available as a full-fledged game on Steam. You’ll discover a collection of seemingly cute 2000s Flash games. But behind the colorful point-and-click interface lie disturbing secrets and clues to the disappearance of the original website developer.
- Farming Simulator 25: Beans & Alpacas (DLC): The expansion takes you to Catuaí, a South America-inspired region featuring coffee plantations, a river, and narrow country roads. You’ll grow coffee beans, raise alpacas and Brahman cattle, and set up new production chains. There are also more than 25 machines and tools. You can even shear and lead the alpacas.
- The Long Dark: Iron Road (DLC / Early Access): On Cauldron Island, you’ll get a train that’s about a hundred years old back up and running and use it as a means of transportation and a mobile shelter. Damaged tracks and dangerous aurora effects make the journey difficult. At launch, the expansion includes the first island and about 30 kilometers of tracks; additional islands are set to follow during Early Access.
- Emberville (Early Access): This action RPG combines combat in an underground prison world with the reconstruction of a destroyed city. Rescued residents teach you trades and help with development, while you combine different classes and their abilities.
Wednesday, October 28
- Sulfur (Version 1.0 Release): This shooter combines loot hunting with highly customizable firearms. You assemble builds using gear and enchantments, but risk losing the items you carry along the way. Version 1.0 completes the progression from start to finish, expands the enchantment system, and adds a quest log, among other features.
- Probably Stolen – Cyberpunk Shopkeeper Sim: On a dystopian space station, you run a shop and trade in goods of questionable origin. You’ll manufacture products, smuggle goods, and negotiate your way through the interests of various factions. You’ll need to earn enough money to buy the store before rising rents force you out of business.
- Fantasy World Manager (Early Access): Here, you create the fantasy world yourself. Among other things, you’ll create races, cultures, religions, factions, and monsters; design maps and dungeons; and watch as heroes embark on adventures and conflicts arise. Numerous editors allow you to customize as many details of this simulated world as possible.
Thursday, October 29
- Atmosfar (Early Access): A survival game featuring floating islands and an airship as a mobile base. You collect scrap and raw materials, craft equipment, and build small aircraft for various tasks. Up to four players can work together to upgrade and pilot a Cloud Cruiser. Changing weather conditions and dangerous creatures make exploring this alien world more challenging.
- Age of Empires 4: Raiders of the North (DLC): Vikings and Scots expand the selection of playable civilizations. The DLC also includes four new Crucible missions, additional progression systems, and two new biomes. You can tackle the challenges of Crucible mode alone or in co-op with a friend. Each new civilization brings its own unique units, economic mechanics, and playstyles.
- Crimson Desert Enhanced: Charting the Unknown (DLC): This expansion expands the adventure to include sea voyages, new islands, and underwater exploration. You’ll steer a ship, search for sunken ruins and treasures, and experience additional stories centered around Kliff, Oongka, and Damiane. Housing options are also expanded.
- The Wolf Among Us Remastered: Bigby Wolf is back on the case in Fabletown, where fairy tale characters are facing some pretty serious problems. The remaster includes all five episodes of the original adventure, revamped lighting and animations, and a new black-and-white mode. You’ll investigate crime scenes, interrogate suspects, and make decisions that affect your relationships with the townspeople.
- Deadly Days: Roadtrip (Version 1.0): Kill hordes of zombies, collect loot, and then stuff your backpack full to create the strongest possible combinations: That’s the core of this action roguelite. The full version launch includes, among other things, a new survivor and additional items.
Friday, October 30
- Queen’s Domain: This retro action RPG sends you to the mysterious island of Neasied, where you’ll search for your missing father. You’ll explore a seamless world full of hidden paths, collect weapons, and battle monsters. Your sacred sword plays a special role, as it allows you to fly over chasms and reach new areas.
