Champions

Buffs:

Galio

• Ultimate cooldown timet reduced from 200-160 seconds to 180-140 seconds

Gangplank

• Ultimate cooldown reduced from 180-140 seconds to 170-130 seconds
• Slowdown of Ultimate upgrade “Death’s Daughter” increased from 60% for 1 second to 75% for 1 second

Jhin

• Damage the Ultimate increases from 50/125/200 + 25% total AD to 64/154/244 + 25% total AD

Lee Sin

• Armor increased from 34 to 36
• Omnivamp the W increased in earlier levels and reduced in later ones from 5-27% to 10-26%

Lissandra

• Root duration the W increases from 1.1-1.5 seconds to 1.25-1.65 seconds

Nunu

• AP ratio the E increased from 10% per hit to 15% per hit

Pyke

• Life increase increased from 104 per level to 110 per level
• Downtime the W reduced from 12-10 to 12-8

  Base is located in League of Legends at the starting position of each of the two teams. They are delimited by walls and towers. Inside the Base is the Nexus, which decides the game if it is destroyed. To successfully penetrate the enemy base, the towers on the lanes must first be eliminated.

Azir

• Decay time of Q increased from 12-6 seconds to 14-6 seconds

Rek’Sai

• Healing of passives reduced from 15-125 + 2-12% max HP to 2-10% max HP
• Damage of Q reduced from 34-50% total AD to 30-50% total AD.
• movespeed while W active is reduced from 350/355/360/365 to 340/345/350
• damage of unburrow increased from 50-110 + 80% bonus AD to 50-190 + 80% bonus AD

Renekton

• Base magic resistance reduced from 32 to 28

Zeri

• Base movespeed reduced from 335 to 320
