The upcoming patch 12.13 will improve several champions with a buff and the new champion Nilah will appear on the League of Legends pitch.
The next big update will be released in League of Legends on Wednesday. With patch 12.13, the next champion enters the Summoner”s Rift. In addition to the new AD-Carry Nilah, there are also several buffs for some champions.
Riot Games brings a new bot laner into the game with Nilah. The champion will be available in League of Legends from Thursday. The AD carry will get a star guardian skin for its release, but other champions can expect a new look as well. Ekko, Kai”Sa and Sona will also receive a Star Warden skin and Fiddlesticks can look forward to a Star Nemesis outfit.
In addition, there are buffs for many champions in League of Legends. Fiddlesticks not only gets a new skin, but the damage of his Ultimate as well as the fear duration of Q is increased. In addition, Gwen and Sivir will receive adjustments with patch 12.13. Gwen will have her life regeneration increased and damage from the Q ability increased. Her Ultimate also gets a buff in damage. The next update in League of Legends is already on the way. The patch 12.13 is supposed to bring several adjustments to champions on 13 July. But also the new bot laner Nilah could make his first appearance in the Summoner”s Rift with the update.
Patch 12.12b was already released on Thursday and brought adjustments to some champions including Caitlyn, Katarina, Leona and Bel”Veth. The update is only meant to bridge the time to the actual patch 12.13, which will go live later in League of Legends due to a summer break by Riot Games.
Although the new jungler Bel”Veth only appeared in the Summoner”s Rift at the beginning of June, the bot laner Nilah is to make her first appearance in League of Legends with patch 12.13. An avalanche of adjustments is rolling towards League of Legends. As early as Thursday, micropatch 12.12b will become active. Two weeks later, massive adjustments are to follow in update 12.13.

In the Champions, Bel”Veth has to take a beating once again. The newest character in the LoL universe receives less health and attack damage increase. In addition, the cooldown of the E-ability is increased and at the same time the Lifesteal effect is permanently fixed at 20 percent. Meanwhile, Senna has to make do with 30 points less base health. Wukong has also been hit hard. The jungler now does 40 percent less damage to monsters.

Patch 12.13 with focus on Sivir and Gwen

Her E ability can still intercept enemy spells, but no more mana immediately returns to the pool in return. Sivir gets a heal for herself, though. Most of all, her Ultimate is changed. On the other hand, Gwen receives clear adjustments especially on her Q skill. The Ability Power is increased. Champions listed in yellow are slated for patch 12.12b. These include Shaco, Katarina, Caitlyn and Leona, who will each receive a buff. On the other hand, Bel”Veth, Senna, Tahm Kench, Zeri, Wukong, Seraphine and Yuumi will be weakened. Especially the newest champion Bel”Veth has to take the second nerf in a row.
Patch 12.13 will be delayed due to the micropatch and will not be released until 13 July. In this patch, the planned adaptation of Gwen could play a major role. The gifted seamstress has had several good phases in Pro-Play since her release. However, because she only has a win rate of just under 46 percent on the top lane, the developer wants to change something about her kit.
Besides the Gwen-Adjustment, some champions like Renekton and Master Yi will get a buff. Lethality Mythics will also be strengthened, while Divine Sunderer will be changed again.
