Date for LEC and LCS Summer Split is fixed

After the MSI 2020 had to be cancelled, the start dates for the LoL Summer Splits have been postponed. Now the official channels have announced the dates.
Wait a little more than a month, then it will start again: On June 12th, the League of Legends European Championship (LEC) Summer Split will start. The ten participating teams will fight for 200,000 Euros and the important Championship Points.

The current winner is G2 Esports. The vice world champion beat Fnatic in the playoff final of the Spring Split.

LEC Summer Split 2020 participants:

– Misfits Gaming
– Origen
– Rogue
– SK Gaming
– Team vitality

LCS follows directly afterwards
Just one day after the start of the LEC, it will also start in North America. The League of Legends Championship Series (LCS) Summer Split kicks off on June 13. In addition to the prize money of 200,000 dollars, there will be a direct place for the three best teams in the Worlds 2020.

In the previous edition, Cloud9 was the winner.
