Five WWE stars are getting an unusual makeover and will even be able to use special moves from Capcom’s fighting game in the future.
As is well known, The Rock likes to refer to himself as the “Final Boss.” So it actually makes sense to give him the visual look of a final boss. That’s exactly what’s happening now in WWE 2K26: The wrestling superstar is stepping into the role of Street Fighter villain M. Bison. And he’s not the only one who’ll be stepping into the ring with a completely new fighting style.
Publishers 2K and Capcom have announced a collaboration that kicks off on October 28, 2026, with the WWE 2K26 X Street Fighter Elite Pack. This paid DLC brings five versions of well-known WWE stars into the game, modeled both visually and in terms of fighting style after the characters from Street Fighter.
From The Rock to Ultimate Warrior
The lineup is quite interesting. In addition to The Rock, who plays M. Bison, you’ll get four other unusual pairings:
- The Rock as M. Bison
- Rey Mysterio as Ryu
- Bianca Belair as Cammy
- Ultimate Warrior as Blanka
- Dominik Mysterio as Ken
Of course, the casting of Rey and Dominik Mysterio as Ryu and Ken is particularly appealing. After all, the two wrestlers are father and son and have already proven time and again in the real wrestling world that family disagreements can be settled in a rather painful way.
Shoryuken, Hadoken, and Psycho Crusher in the wrestling ring
The collaboration isn’t limited to new outfits. Each of the five wrestlers also gets their own special move inspired by Street Fighter. These include the Shinku Hadoken, Psycho Crusher, Spiral Arrow, Electric Thunder, and, of course, the legendary Shoryuken.
The package also includes 15 additional customization parts for the Create-a-Superstar mode. These let you design your own wrestlers that borrow visual elements from M. Bison, Ryu, Akuma, Vega, and Chun-Li, among others.
Even buyers of the premium editions will have to pay extra
The WWE 2K26 X Street Fighter Elite Pack will be released on October 28, 2026, and will be sold exclusively as a separate purchase. Even those who already own the King of Kings Edition, Attitude Era Edition, or Monday Night War Edition will be asked to pay again.
2K has not yet announced a specific price. The main game, an internet connection, and a 2K account are required. WWE 2K26 itself is available for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch 2.
