A leaker claims that new Nvidia GPUs in the form of the RTX 5000 Super are still set to launch this year—and that the trio will become a quartet.

At the beginning of the year, it still looked as though the Super refresh for the current RTX 50 series would be postponed—if not canceled entirely. Now the tide seems to be turning, if the reliable leaker “MEGAsizeGPU” is to be believed.

According to this, the Super lineup is back on track. Specifically, the leaker expects the GeForce RTX 5080 Super, RTX 5070 Ti Super, and RTX 5070 Super to be released this year. He cannot provide an exact release date.

There’s also a new card joining the lineup: According to MEGAsizeGPU, Nvidia is also planning a GeForce RTX 5060 with 12 GB of VRAM—this model may be marketed as the RTX 5060 Super. The supposed Super trio would thus expand into a quartet.

RTX 5080 Super to 5070 Super: Here’s what’s inside, according to the leak

According to the leaker, the specifications of the three known models remain unchanged from what has been rumored so far.

  • TheRTX 5080 Superis said to feature 24 GB of GDDR7 video memory and run at a TDP of 415 watts.
  • TheRTX 5070 Ti Superis also expected to have 24 GB, while the RTX 5070 Super will have 18 GB—compared to 16 GB and 12 GB, respectively, in the regular models.
  • These configurations could be realized using the 24 GB GDDR7 modules that have been available for a year.
