The new shooter VALORANT from Riot Games is scheduled for release in summer 2020. Also this Thursday there is a new agent in the video to admire.

Valorant released a new trailer on Thursday. This time it is about the Chinese agent Sage.

In the trailer you not only get to see the agent, but also almost all of her skills in action. Only the Ultimate “Resurrection” is not shown. With her three Orb abilities (Slow Orb, Barrier Orb, Healing Orb) Sage shows all her versatility in the 30 seconds short teaser.

First she heals an ally, then she throws two Slow Orbs at enemies before she builds a wall to surprise the last two enemies.

Each character or “agent”, as the characters in VALORANT are also called, has four abilities. One core skill that they can use for free each turn, and two more that must be purchased before each turn.

If you don’t use them in a round, you can take them with you to the next one. As a fourth ability, each agent has an “Ultimate”. This extra powerful ability must be recharged with kills before you can use it.

These are the abilities of SAGE:

– Sage ejects an orb that explodes on contact, creating a slowing field. Enemies in the field move slower, cannot jump, and cause noise when running.
– Barrier Orb – Sage creates a freely placeable barrier.
– Signature Ability: Healing Orb – Sage heals an ally or himself to full HP.
– Ultimate: Resurrection- After a short delay the targeted ally is resurrected
