THQ Nordic is ending the early access phase of the mythological adventure and promises extensive updates even after release.
THQ Nordic announced the release date for Titan Quest 2 this afternoon. According to the announcement, the action RPG will be released on January 19, 2027, for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
After just under a year and a half (since August 2025), the title will thus exit PC Early Access and simultaneously make its debut on the aforementioned consoles.
End of the beta phase: New areas, skills, and loot for the full release
“The odyssey has been long and full of epic adventures straight out of Greek mythology,” writes publisher THQ Nordic. “Thanks in part to the feedback from countless brave heroes during Early Access, Titan Quest 2 has been continuously expanded and improved: new lands have been added, powerful new abilities have been introduced, and, of course, new loot.”
In the coming weeks and months, the company plans to reveal details about pre-orders, among other things. The release does not mark the end of development for the action RPG.
“The journey is far from over,” the company states. “Even after the official release in January 2027, Titan Quest 2 will continue to be expanded and updated, conquering new lands, offering new features, and weaving new legends.”
Plans for the Future: Post-Launch Content and Pricing
However, a concrete roadmap for the post-launch period is not yet available. This is expected to follow closer to the release date.
The game’s suggested retail price on PC is 49.99 euros. On PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, the game costs 59.99 euros.
