Lost Fragment is a survival horror game developed in Unreal Engine 5 and announced by the previously unknown Nihil Inane Studio from Osaka. The game’s most striking feature is its photorealistic graphics, which you can see in the trailer. Moreover, they did not use 3D objects generated from photos or real objects.

The video shows the protagonist walking through the corridors of what appears to be a Japanese hospital armed only with a pistol. Suddenly the lights fail and you find yourself in complete darkness, while mysterious noises can be heard in the corridors.

At this point, there is no information about the release date and little is known about the development team itself. Accordingly, it is also not certain whether the title will ever be released.
