There are even gifts in the big GOG Spring Sale: All info and 5 strong recommendations

Shortly after the start of the big Steam sale, GOG follows suit with its own promotion and even gives away four games. You can find all the info here.

This week is off to a good start if you’re looking for new games: GOG is opening its big Spring Sale with over 4,000 games, some of which are heavily discounted.

If you don’t want to spend any money right now, you can also pick up 4 free games during the promotion. We have all the info and show you some worthwhile offers!

Start time and duration of the GOG Sale

The sale runs from 20 March 2023 at 15:00 until 3 April 2023 at 23:59

So you have enough time to think about possible purchases. However, the free games are only available for a few days at a time, so you’ll have to be quick!

What’s free?

Currently you can pick up the horror adventure Lorelai for free at GOG until 23 March at 15:00 which is explicitly aimed at adults. You play the eponymous girl and experience a dark story in which Lorelai tries to escape the horrors of her parental home.
To add the game to your account, scroll down (on this page) until you see the corresponding button. After the end of the promotion, there will be 3 more, currently unknown free games.

Which games are reduced?

As usual with GOG, there are many indie games in the sale, but also bigger titles. If you want to browse for yourself, go (here directly to the action), otherwise we show you some exciting offers:

  • Cyberpunk 2077: (50 percent off, 30 Euro) In the (great role-playing game) you explore the futuristic and socially shattered city of Neon. With the latest major updates, Cyberpunk is even more rewarding. Plus, you can play through it now before the big expansion comes out later in the year:

  • Frostpunk GotY Edition: (72 percent off, 14 Euro) One of the best construction games of the past years is once again on offer at a pretty good price. Here you have to keep a settlement alive during an eternal winter and make difficult decisions.
