Fans of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl will have to be patient once again. The highly anticipated game will not be released until November 20, 2024, as the developers announced today. This additional time is necessary to fix the last “unexpected anomalies”, i.e. bugs. The development team would like to thank players for their patience and support, which is very important during this critical phase of the development process.

A deep dive into development: Developer Deep Dive

Shortly before release, the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 team plans to present an extensive update. The DeveloperDeep Dive, which will premiere on August 12, 2024 in collaboration withXboxPremierewill offer fans a deep dive into the world of the game. Previously unreleased content and behind-the-scenes insights into the development will be shown.

The Deep Dive will include interviews with the developers, detailed insights into various game mechanics and new gameplay scenes. A full video walkthrough of one of the story quests will also be presented. This preview is intended to give players a comprehensive impression of the atmosphere and mechanics of the game. The developers want to further fuel the anticipation for the release and give fans a taste of what to expect.
