After a successful launch for the PlayStation 5, it was only a matter of time before Horizon Forbidden West would also be released for the PC. The release date for this has now been revealed
First the PlayStation, then the PC!
Once again, Sony and developer Guerrilla Games have decided to port Aloy and her mechanical dinosaurs from the console to the home computer. PC gamers can mark March 21, 2024 in bold in their calendars accordingly.
Like its predecessor Horizon Zero Dawn, the game itself will be released in a Complete Edition for PC. Accordingly, all those who purchase the PC version will not only receive the base game, but also all additional content and DLCs released to date.
The PlayStation 5 version has sold well so far and, according to Metacritic, has an average score of 88 points. However, the ranking of the PC version of the series debut Horizon Zero Dawn is probably even more important, as this was the first implementation of a console title from Guerrilla Games.
