Hearthstone players take note! A new expansion for the popular online collectible card game is on the way, bringing Azeroth’s mighty TITANS into your card arsenal. Starting August 1, the new expansion for Blizzards will give you access to exciting Titan technologies, with 145 brand new cards – including 11 legendary Titan servants – and a new keyword: Forge, a returning keyword: Magnetic and an all-new twist on classic mode. So again, there will be plenty to do and see from the new Hearthstone expansion

This is all in the TITANS expansion

The new TITANS expansion features 145 new trading cards. There is a pre-sale mega pack with 80 card packs, legendary cards, a hero skin and a card back. When logging in, all players will receive a new neutral legendary location. As always, you’ll have to earn the rest by playing and winning.

Three new mechanics are introduced: Titans as new servants with passive and active abilities, the Forge keyword that enables card enhancements, and the returning Magnetic keyword that boosts deck combinations. The cinematic announcement trailer gives us a good first impression of TITANS and shows us the first powerful abilities and new cards in action.

A new mode called “The Hook” replaces the classic mode. Regularly changing seasons with different sets of rules are thus the order of the day. The first season, “New Age”, contains the core set and all sets from Ruins of Outland onwards. There will also be a variant without neutral cards.

In addition, the Solstice Festival will take place from July 11 to August 1, offering special event quests, prizes, and skins for Hearthstone and Battleground. More details on the expansion are available in the (patch notes for 26.6)
