After Tin Hearts was released for the Nintendo Switch at the end of April, the release on PC, PlayStation and Xbox followed yesterday. The release is celebrated by developer Rogue Sun and publisher Wired Productions with a launch trailer.

Tin Hearts tells the touching story of an inventor and his family who have to learn a lot about love and compromise in Victorian England. While we follow the fate of the individual members, however, as the game’s end we slip into the role of little tin soldiers. These must be moved through an increasingly challenging parkour to get to their destination.

The story of Tin Hearts seems to have been tackled by Wired Productions and Rogue Sun on multimedia levels. Not only have they collaborated with indie music label Black Razor Records to record a cover of the iconic 80s song Toy Soldiers by Martika.
They have also released a short film which tells the back story of the game. This is voiced by British film and television legend Stephen Fry. You can watch the short film now on (YouTube

In addition to this multimedia take on Tin Hearts, the developer and publisher are planning to release PCVR, Meta Quest 2 and PSVR2 later this year. We will keep you updated on these developments. For more info on this feel-good game, check out the following post
