Hogwarts Legacy: Magical orchestral music in new trailer

Avalanche Software and Warner Bros. Games present a new trailer for Hogwarts Legacy. This trailer not only contains new gameplay material. It also shows the talented ensemble that enchants our ears with magical sounds.

The enchanting sounds of Overture to the Unwritten come from local musicians from Avalanche Software”s home state of Utah. They include choir and orchestra members from the University of Utah, BYU and the Salt Lake Symphony Orchestra, as well as other renowned artists.
The video features the original composition by composers Chuck E. Myers “Sea,” J. Scott Rakozy and Peter Murray, performed by a 54-piece orchestra conducted by Nathan Hofheins.

While the musicians perform the magical melodies, new gameplay scenes from Hogwarts Legacy can be seen in the background. These, combined with the artists” performance, get us in the mood for the upcoming release of the enchanting adventure game. Overture to the Unwritten is available to stream now on all, while the game”s full soundtrack will be available from release day.

In addition, Warner Bros. Games informs that tracks from the game will appear on a second album Hogwarts Legacy (Study Themes From the Original Video Game Soundtrack). As the title reveals, this composition not only invites you to relax, but also to concentrate. If you want more magical relaxation, you can watch the ASMR trailer.

Hogwarts Legacy will be released on 10 February 2023 for PC, PlayStation and Xbox. The release date for the Switch is still not known.
