Sony Interactive Entertainment and Santa Monica Studios” God of War Ragnarok, the next adventure of the warlike father-son duo, will be released on 9 November. But before you can plunge into countless battles with Kratos and Filius, you have to download the almost 90GB of game data. We can reassure you that the preload time should be long enough.

According to the PlayStation Store, the digital version of God of War Ragnarok can be downloaded a week earlier, i.e. from 2 November. This should give you enough time to get your data up to speed before the release and to be able to start right away.

It is also assumed that the embargo for reviews will fall on 2 November. Here, too, you can leave yourself plenty of time to read through the (certainly) positive reviews and still make the purchase.

To coincide with the release of God of War Ragnarok, a limited edition Dualsense Wireless Controller will also be released, which we previously reported on. In keeping with the frosty theme of God of War Ragnarok, a frosty white and cool blue adorn the controller. A bear and wolf insignia in the style of Kratos and Atreus adorns the touchpad.

God of War Ragnarok will be released on 09 November this year for PlayStation 4 as Standard Edition as well as for PlayStation 5 as Standard Edition and Digital Deluxe Edition
