UFL was supposed to be released alongside FIFA 23 this year. However, the release is now postponed to next year.

For this year another new football game was planned, which is not called FIFA or eFootball. However, the release of the game UFL had to be postponed on Monday, according to Strikerz Inc. CEO Eugene Nashilov.

UFL was supposed to be released this year. However, this will probably not happen until 2023. This would mean that the game would be released a few months after FIFA 23, which will be released at the end of September. According to the CEO, however, the development team needs more time to complete UFL in the best possible way.

The development of the game seems to be quite complex, as realistic animations should also be present within the football game. In addition, according to Nashilov, it should be on the level of a triple-A title and deliver the highest quality and gaming experience for the players. UFL is currently said to be 80 per cent complete.

2023 the release of the new football simulator is planned and compared to FIFA 23 the game will become Free2Play. After that, new content will be added to the title at regular intervals. The Portuguese football star Cristiano Ronaldo is even the advertising partner of UFL.
