A modder recreates the armour of Sauron for Elden Ring. So you can fight against the dark ruler – or wear his armour yourself.
Just in time for the start of Amazon”s Middle-earth series, there is a new mod for Elden Ring that lets Sauron come to the interlands. I wonder if he”s after the power of the Elden Ring? In any case, you can now take on the Lord of the Rings himself in a spectacular boss fight, or wear his fearsome armour yourself.
This is what Sauron looks like in Elden Ring
The modder (MaxTheMiracle) has already released several armour and weapon mods for Elden Ring and other Souls titles. Now he has recreated quite faithfully the armour of the Dark Lord of Middle Earth.
You can see what it looks like when your player character wears the armour and the mighty mace in the following video. Note that the mod is not yet fully developed. Nevertheless, we recognise Sauron at first sight, he is just a bit more agile and smaller than the original:
If you fancy showing your dark side in Elden Ring yourself, then here”s a good opportunity. After all, we seem to be the real monsters in From Software”s game anyway.
But you”re not power-hungry at all and prefer to be the hero instead of a nasty villain? Then you can still get something out of the Sauron mod. Because the modder (GardenOfEyes) takes the Sauron armour and makes an epic boss fight against the smith of the One Ring out of it. Sauron here takes the place (and abilities) of Radagon of the Golden Order. But best see for yourself:
With Radagon”s stature and movements, Sauron comes across much more convincingly than when he appeared as a player-character.
How do I get the mods?
