It looks like the wait until the next video game adaptation of Cyberpunk 2077 will be a lot sweeter. CD Projekt Red has announced via X (formerly Twitter) that another board game of the role-playing masterpiece will soon be released.

Cyberpunk 2077: The Board Game will be an immersive and fast-paced board game with numerous minifigures, according to CD Projekt Red. In addition to some famous locations from the video game, you will also be reunited with many well-known characters such as Jackie Welles, Judy Alvarez and, of course, V You can see a first teaser here:

Complex missions: As the announcement video already reveals, there will be many different game characters that you control through the menacing Night City. Cooperation with your fellow players is required, as nerve-wracking battles and complex tasks will make you look old without help
There are many different types of tasks, all of which can be completed in different ways. But be aware, if time runs out or a crew member dies, your mission has failed.
A story to touch: Cyberpunk 2077: The Board Game is intended to continue the story of V and the Arasaka Corperation. This sets it apart from the recently released board game Gangs of Night City, which was primarily dedicated to the gangs that gave the game its name

the time has come: Just like The Witcher: The Old World, Cyberpunk 2077: The Board Game is being developed in cooperation between CD Projekt Red and Go On Board. It is not yet known exactly when it will be released. However, the announcement video reveals that it will be soon
Get exclusive V-figure: More information about the board game will be announced shortly on the corresponding project page on Gamefound . If you follow the game there and support it financially, you will receive an exclusive minifigure of V and two action cards. However, the amount involved is not yet known
