Strategy fans take note, there is new video footage of Company of Heroes 3. The trailer not only gives you fresh impressions of the virtual battlefields of World War II, but the developers themselves also have their say.
Among other things, they explain how important it is to them that the fans of the first hour are satisfied with the new installment of the series and what content you can look forward to. In Company of Heroes 3, there will be more playable factions from the start than ever before, and there will also be a greater focus on vertical gameplay in battles, i.e. differences in altitude, for example due to terrain or buildings, will play a greater role.
It will be accordingly important that you position your units wisely and also let them seek cover, so that they do not die early and can optimally fall into the enemy’s flank themselves. You can get an impression of this in the new game scenes.
