If you want to attend Blizzcon next September, you can secure your tickets soon. We have all the information about planned events and what they will cost you.

Blizzcon is one of the best-known and largest trade fairs dedicated to the creative work of a single development studio. Those who make it there can experience a lot.

In addition to fresh announcements, demo opportunities, tons of merchandise, and, of course, meeting like-minded people, with a lot of luck, there’s even  a few iconic moments to witness if you’re really lucky.

All right, joking aside. The convention really has a lot to offer, and it will be back again in 2026. After taking a break in 2024 and 2025, Blizzard is set to make a big comeback next year. Find out here what you can expect at the expo, how you can attend, and how much it will cost you!

The most important info in a nutshell

  • When does the expo start? From September 12 to 13, 2026
  • Where does the expo take place? At the Anaheim Convention Center, California

Tickets are already available

If you’re planning to pack your bags and fly halfway around the world to Anaheim that weekend, you’ll soon be able to secure your tickets for Blizzcon. But first, here is the most important information about ticket prices:

Prices

    • 2-day access to Blizzcon
    • Access to all halls and the arena

If you want to save at least a little money, there is a $40 discount on the Blizzcon Pass for all early birds who purchase by November 10, 2025.

What can I expect at the convention?

As usual, Blizzard fans will most likely not be bored at the convention. Blizzard has once again prepared a full program for the two days of the convention—although some details regarding announcements and panels are still pending. Here is an initial overview of what is planned:

  • The opening ceremony: This is where Blizzcon kicks off, with familiar faces taking to the big stage to announce all kinds of new stuff. For example, new games, new add-ons, and so on.
  • Darkmoon Faire:  Here you’ll find tons of merchandise and lots of other goodies. With access to the Darkmoon Faire After Hours, you can even visit the fair after BlizzCon closes on September 12.
  • The Charity Gala: There will be another big gala as an exclusive additional event alongside BlizzCon. Here you can chat directly with some Blizzard developers, artists, and community representatives.
  • Game demos: Of course, there will also be demo stations available at the convention where you can play Diablo, WoW, Overwatch, or even Hearthstone. If something new is unveiled at the convention, it may also be playable.
  • Developer panels: There will be discussions with developers on various stages, giving you a glimpse behind the scenes.
  • Esports: There will also be several esports events at the show, including the Overwatch World Cup and the World of Warcraft Arena World Championship.
  • Hearthstone Tavern: A tavern on the exhibition grounds will provide food and drink for you and your friends, but will also broadcast esports matches and host developer panels.

If you can’t make it to the show or don’t think it’s worth the price, you can also participate in the event from the comfort of your own home. As in 2023, the expo will once again be broadcast online for free, and you can watch the opening ceremony live, for example.

Of course, we’ll also be keeping our ears open and our glasses clean during the wild goings-on in Anaheim to keep you informed about everything exciting that’s happening there.
