The Early Access of Age of Darkness: Final Stand will start on Steam on 15 September 2021. In the real-time strategy game, which is reminiscent of They Are Billions in a dark fantasy world, you build your fortress during the day and prepare for the nightly attacks of the enemies.
With the help of the self-developed “SwarmTech”, Age of Darkness is supposed to be able to display up to 70,000 creatures simultaneously. In Early Access, an intensive survival game mode is offered, which is intended to challenge both veterans and new players. You play on complex and procedurally generated maps to reclaim the territory of “The Veil”.
Developed by PlaySide Studios, the real-time strategy game is meant to put a modern and gritty spin on the survival RTS genre.
